Personal Training

Expertise. One-on-one attention. Focus on you and your needs.

Some benefits of using a Personal Trainer:

  • A personalised exercise program for you, designed to help you reach your unique health and fitness goals.

  • A Personal Trainer will take into account special considerations (e.g. existing medical condition, pregnancy, post-rehabilitation, medications taken, etc) when creating a program exclusively for you.

  • Correct technique - your trainer will show you proper mechanics of each exercise and will ensure that you are performing each with correct form, thus maximizing the efficiency and safety of your workouts.

  • Motivation, accountability, adherence in the long term.

  • Alleviate boredom - exercise should be fun and challenging. A Personal Trainer will help you to mix it up, and maybe try a few new moves!

  • A great progression once you have finished your Physiotherapy or rehabilitation!
