Do I need a referral?

Accepted Answer

No. You can book an appointment directly with any of the therapists at Well & Good.
 
Sometimes your Doctor or Specialist will suggest Physiotherapy to help with your injury or illness - you can choose your favourite Physiotherapist, it is your choice who you see.
 
If you are unsure who is best to see, give our friendly admin staff a call and they can guide you on who might suit your needs best.

Question 2

How much will my treatment cost?

Accepted Answer

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
- Initial appointment (60mins) $115, with ACC $60. 
- Follow-up appointment (30mins) $60, with ACC $35. 
 
Neurological Physiotherapy
- Initial appointment (60mins) $140, with ACC $70.
- Follow-up appointment POA (depending on individual requirements).
 
Massage Therapy
- 60mins $99
- 45mins $80
- 30mins $60

Question 3

Will ACC cover my treatment?

Accepted Answer

If you have a new injury, ACC may partially fund your Physiotherapy treatment. You can fill out all of your ACC paperwork here at Well & Good. 
 
If you have an existing injury, you may still be able to get support from ACC. Bring along any ACC paperwork you already have. If you don't have this information we can get in touch with ACC for the details we need. 
 
Unfortunately ACC does not cover Massage Therapy or Personal Training.

Where is the nearest carpark?

We have plenty of parking on site. 
- four car parks on the south side of the building including a mobility car park.
- overflow car parking on the north side of the building inside the gate.

Question 5

Is there disability/wheelchair access?

Accepted Answer

Yes! There is a mobility car park in our main carpark, right next to the ramp to access the main entrance. Our building is fully accessable.
