The Pilates Studio

The Pilates Studio is now onsite in our boutique gym at Well & Good. 

It is fully equipped with reformers with towers, ladder barrel, pedipole and wundachair giving you the most thorough personalised Pilates workout in town. 

Pilates Instructor Holly has over 10 years experience in classical Pilates as well as personal training and teaching group fitness and mat based Pilates. Holly offers 60 min 1:1 or 2:1 sessions. 

The beneifts of Pilates include increased strength and flexibility; it works on balance and control, and the mind-body connection - you will sleep better after a session with Holly!  

Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.
